Welcome to VPN Circle. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the VPN Circle application and services provided by Crafty Tech S.R.L. ("we," "us," or "our").

5. Subscription and Payment
VPN Circle offers both free and premium subscription plans:
- Free Plan: Limited features with basic VPN access
- Premium Plan: $3.99 per week with unlimited access to all features
Premium subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription through your Apple ID settings.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using VPN Circle, you consent to our Privacy Policy.
7. Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:
- Perform maintenance that temporarily affects service
- Update or modify the service
- Suspend service for violations of these Terms
8. Intellectual Property
VPN Circle and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by Crafty Tech S.R.L. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
VPN Circle is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Warranties of merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
10. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Crafty Tech S.R.L. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of VPN Circle.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Crafty Tech S.R.L. from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Republic of Moldova. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Republic of Moldova.
